He loves to have his hands by his face when he is sleeping. If you trying to take them away he gets upset.

Tony's attempt at professional photography. I love this photo. It is perfect!

Being weighted in. He HATES being naked or messed with!

This is the first time that I got to meet him.

This is his typical look when he is crying. He looks straight up and wrinkles his forehead.

Being checked out by Dr. Markham.

The morning of his birth day. I was 39 weeks and five days. We went in the day before for a stress test. The doctor decided he was ready. We had to report to the hospital at 6:00 AM on May 12th. I got about an hour of sleep total.

29 week Doctor Appointment

We had a doctor's appointment. It was our last monthly appointment. Now we got to every two weeks. It is hard to believe that we have only a little over 1o weeks left! The doctor said that everything looks good. He is measuring big, but he is also laying side ways in me right now. That would explain why he is constantly in my ribs and why the are so sore at night. I now go to the doctor's office in two weeks.

Update at 25 weeks

I am really showing now, and I am carrying him high. The baby is very active now. He is most active when I lay down at night or when I am in the car. He moves a lot in the car when I listen to music.

On January 25th Tony got to see and feel him move for the first time. We took the glucose test on January 30th. It was not as gross as I expected, but it was not a highlight either. The test came back clear. We had a doctor's appointment on February 5th. So far I have gained 12 pounds. I asked Dr. Markham if there was any possibility that he could be up to my ribs yet. He said that it was still early so he did not think so. He measured me and felt around. His face was funny when he did this. Dr. Markham said that he is up to my ribcage and that he is a healthy boy. We got to listen to his heartbeat. It was 148 beats per minute.

I've had a lot of heartburn throughout my whole pregnancy. I have to be very careful what I eat and when I eat. I have gotten some relief the last couple of days. I have also been craving ice cream especially ice cream sandwiches. I have been waking up at 4:00 or 5:00 AM wide awake.

Overall, everything is going well. We will be getting our baby furniture on March 12! I am excited to start to get things ready. I am starting to get the nesting itch. We have one more one month appointment, and then after that it goes to every two weeks.
